Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

This role is responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in all aspects of our business, from manufacturing and supply chain operations to product development and delivery.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and document quality management processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Configure and customize quality management systems to support planning, inspection processing, and audit management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design effective quality management solutions.
  • Conduct system testing and provide user training and documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues.
  • Support integration between quality management and other business systems.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience with quality management in SAP environments.
  • Strong understanding of quality management principles, including inspection types, usage decisions, results recording, and quality notifications.
  • Experience configuring quality control processes, such as incoming inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection.
  • Familiarity with integration points between quality management and modules like MM, PP, and PM.
  • Experience writing functional specifications for custom developments related to quality management.
  • Fluency in English is required.
