Lead Financial Auditor Role

We are seeking a Lead Financial Auditor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual who possesses strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing audits, analyzing financial data, and preparing reports. They will also be expected to lead teams of auditors, develop and implement audit plans, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Performing financial audits, including reviews of financial statements and accounting records.
  • Analyzing financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Preparing audit reports and presenting findings to management.
  • Leading teams of auditors and providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Developing and implementing audit plans and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Participating in departmental assessments and scrutiny matters.
  • Independently handling all audit work and client queries for clients with complex financial situations.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations and laws.

Candidate Profile:

  1. Leave Policy: Flexible leave policy that allows for study leave and exam days.
  2. Knowledge Requirement: Strong knowledge of financial regulations and laws.
  3. Experience Requirement: Minimum of 3 years of articleship and 2 years of work experience with a CA firm.
  4. Preference: Candidates with leadership experience and strong analytical skills will be preferred. Freshers (CAs) can also apply.
  5. Additional Preference: Apply only if you have a valid CA certificate.

Pay and Benefits:

Salary: In between ₹30,000 to ₹50,000 per month depending on the experience.

Supplemental Pay:
