Job Title: Treasury Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Raise capital and build strong relationships with financial institutions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage cash flow effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with banks and other financial organizations.
  • Prepare loan applications, credit reports, and other documentation for disbursements.
  • Coordinate with the legal and compliance teams to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Drive fundraising efforts and optimize debt raising processes.
  • Manage credit ratings, negotiate fee structures, and oversee stock audits.
  • Ensure timely submission of regulatory returns and manage liability dashboards.
  • Support the Chief Financial Officer in cash flow management and cost of borrowing analysis.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant or Postgraduate degree in Finance (MBA Finance preferred).
  • 7-12 years' experience in fund raising for non-banking financial companies/housing finance companies.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and industry-specific knowledge.
  • Knowledge of NHB refinancing is an advantage.
