About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Hybrid Test Specialist with expertise in manual functional testing and automation testing. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Python with Selenium, capable of building and executing automation frameworks, while also being hands-on with manual testing for functional, regression, and exploratory test cycles.

With 7–9 years of software testing experience, you will have strong skills in both manual and automation testing, including 4+ years of hands-on experience in Selenium with Python.

You will analyze requirements, create detailed test scenarios, and execute and maintain regression, smoke, and sanity suites to ensure product stability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze requirements and create detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
  • Perform manual functional testing for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks using Selenium with Python.
  • Execute and maintain regression, smoke, and sanity suites to ensure product stability.
  • Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated tests for continuous validation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7–9 years of software testing experience.
  • Hybrid testing expertise with strong skills in both manual and automation testing.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Selenium with Python.
  • Solid understanding of functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing.
  • Experience in testing web and desktop applications (desktop testing is a plus).
