Job Description

As a Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for developing high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications. You will collaborate with a talented team of designers, product managers, and other developers to build features that provide users with a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop highly responsive and scalable mobile apps using Flutter for iOS and Android platforms.
- Collaborate with the product team to understand requirements, prioritise features, and release updates.
- Optimise app performance, stability, and reliability through continuous testing and debugging.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services into the mobile application.
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code while following software development best practices.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and consistency.
- Stay updated on emerging mobile app technologies, trends, and best practices.
- Ensure cross-device compatibility and a seamless experience across different screen sizes.
- Assist in the deployment of mobile applications to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Requirements

Must-Have
- Experience: 2-4 years of mobile app development experience using Flutter, with a strong portfolio of Flutter-based apps.
- Languages & Tools: Proficiency in Dart and good knowledge of mobile frameworks like Flutter.
- Familiarity with Android Studio, Xcode, and relevant plugins.
- API Integration: Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party libraries/services integration.
- UI/UX Focus: Experience in crafting visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces with a deep understanding of design principles.
- Cross-Platform: Experience building apps that work across iOS and Android platforms.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically, analyse issues, and provide solutions promptly.
- Version Control: Strong command over Git for code versioning and collaboration.
- App Deployment: Experience in publishing apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Nice to Have

- Knowledge of travel-related applications or services.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile app deployment.
- Familiarity with cloud services such as Firebase or AWS for app backend functionalities.
- Understanding of mobile security best practices and app performance optimization.
- Experience in other mobile frameworks like React Native or native development.
