Establishing a leadership position requires vision and strategic planning. In this role, you will be responsible for designing treatment solutions that meet client needs while supporting the sales team in securing projects.

About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our team of experts in water treatment technology. Your key responsibilities will include selecting the right treatment process based on client requirements, performing process design, sizing, and BOQ preparation, preparing project costing covering Mechanical, Civil, Electrical & Instrumentation, liaising with vendors for techno-commercial offers and negotiating best terms, supporting the sales team with technical presentations to clients & consultants, and assisting in techno-commercial discussions to secure orders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in environmental/chemical/civil/mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-6 years of experience in proposals/design of STP/ETP/WTP projects.
  • Strong knowledge of treatment technologies and design norms.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, ERP tools; familiarity with costing templates.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
