Job Title: Design Verification Lead
Role Overview
- We are seeking a highly skilled Design Verification Lead to lead the design verification process and ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design verification team in the development of verification plans, testbenches, and test scripts.
- Develop and maintain technical skills in areas such as SV/UVM, C/SV, coverage methodologies, protocols (AHB, AXI, APB), high-speed serial interfaces (PCIe Gen3/4, USB, MIPI), and tools (Synopsys VCS, Cadence Incisive).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize verification tasks and deliverables.
- Develop and implement verification strategies to ensure comprehensive coverage of design functionality.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant design verification experience.
- Bachelor's (B.Tech) or Master's (M.Tech) in Electronics, Electrical, or similar engineering.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality verification results on time.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
