Bootcamp Instructor

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Bootcamp Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, excellent communication skills, and subject matter expertise in at least one of three technical domains: Web Development, Computer Science, or Data Science.

• Deliver live interactive sessions to a diverse group of learners, fostering an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with our curriculum team to develop compelling course materials, lesson plans, and projects that cater to the needs of our learners.
• Evaluate student performance through assignments and projects, providing constructive feedback to facilitate learning and growth.
• Assist students with technical challenges and troubleshoot coding issues during sessions, ensuring a seamless learning experience.

1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
2. Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in the domain of choice, with a deep understanding of real-world projects and workflows.
3. B2C Teaching Experience: Prior experience in teaching or training roles – in a B2C format - is highly desirable.
4. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation abilities, strong organizational and time-management skills, and a strong drive to work in unstructured and fast-paced environments.
