We are seeking an experienced AI Platform Engineer to support the growth of our large-scale AI/ML infrastructure.

Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore, India

A leading multinational in global commerce & technology is looking for a skilled engineer to join its AI Platform Team. This role is focused on ensuring the secure, high availability (99.999%) of mission-critical systems and collaborating with engineering teams to design CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Servicing and scaling AI platform services for global teams.
  • Troubleshooting and automating fixes for performance & functional issues.
  • Partnering with engineering teams to deliver automation and operational improvements for reliability and scalability.

  1. Supporting large-scale AI/ML infrastructure.
  2. Ensuring secure, high availability of mission-critical systems.
  3. Troubleshooting and automating fixes for performance & functional issues.
  4. Collaborating with engineering teams to design CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
  5. Delivering automation and operational improvements for reliability and scalability.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong development experience in Java & Spring framework.
  • Hands-on with microservices (orchestration, service discovery, APIs).
  • Database expertise across SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server) & NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis).
  • Familiarity with metrics systems (Prometheus, Grafana).
  • Strong JVM debugging skills (GC tuning, memory leak detection, thread/heap analysis).
  • Solid understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, Linux fundamentals.
  • Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins), automation, monitoring, and testing frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
