Job Description

The successful candidate will oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models and systems. You'll lead a team of AI/ML Engineers and manage their performance. A strong background in AI/ML engineering, programming, and project management is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strong programming skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, and C++ is required.
  • Knowledge of statistics and probability: Understanding of statistics and probability theory to build and optimize algorithms.
  • Familiarity with machine learning algorithms: Experience with linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, random forests, and neural networks.
  • Experience with deep learning frameworks: Proficiency in TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.
  • Data modeling and evaluation skills: Skilled in data pre-processing, feature engineering, and model selection.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms: Strong understanding of Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Ability to work with big data: Familiarity with Apache Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases.
  • Strong problem-solving skills: Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $150,000 per year. Additionally, TaskUs provides a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive industry salary, health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Requirements

To be eligible for this position, you must have 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, a track record of designing and deploying successful AI/ML models and systems, and at least 1 year of experience in people/team management.

Work Location and Schedule

This role is based in Chennai, India, and requires full-time onsite work. The working hours are from Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm IST.
