The Opportunity

Are you passionate about turning complex data into actionable insights? We invite skilled professionals to join our team as a Data Visualization Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing and developing interactive dashboards and data visualization solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand data needs.
  • Translate complex data sets into compelling visual stories that clearly communicate trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Optimize dashboard performance and data loading times for efficient user experience.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in all visualizations.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to existing dashboards.
  • Stay updated with the latest visualization techniques, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of hands-on experience with data visualization and dashboard development.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
  • Experience with SQL and relational databases to extract and manipulate data.
  • Familiarity with other BI and visualization tools like Tableau, QlikView, or Looker is advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
