We are seeking a skilled voice model developer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development:

    • Implement and optimize neural network architectures such as Tacotron, FastSpeech, WaveNet, or similar.
  • Data Collection and Preprocessing:
    • Collect, preprocess, and augment speech datasets for training and testing voice models.
  • Integration and Evaluation:
    • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate voice models into production systems, ensuring seamless deployment and quality assurance.
    • Evaluate and refine voice model outputs based on performance metrics and user feedback.
  • Research and Staying Current:
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in speech processing, audio generation, and machine learning, applying new knowledge to improve voice model development and deployment.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong experience with Python and popular machine learning libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
  • Hands-on experience with speech/audio processing and relevant toolkits (e.g., Librosa, ESPnet, Kaldi).
  • Familiarity with voice model architectures, including TTS, ASR (automatic speech recognition), and vocoders.
  • Understanding of deep learning concepts and model training processes.
