Job Title: Workplace Design Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Workplace Design Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of workplace projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop presentation drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations that meet high-quality standards.
  • Work on detailed working drawings, specifications, and BOQs in close collaboration with the project team.
  • Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors under supervision to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Support site visits, documentation, and project coordination as required.
  • Conduct research on materials, workplace trends, and best practices to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Participate in team brainstorming sessions and design discussions to foster creative solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or related field from a recognized institution.
  • Strong design sensibility and interest in workplace interiors.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.
  • Familiarity with Revit and Enscape/Lumion is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and visualization skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization.
