We are seeking a detail-oriented financial professional to own daily financial tasks for multiple locations and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning daily posting and month-end close for multiple locations; maintaining standardized chart of accounts by brand.
  • Reconciling bank/credit card/merchant accounts and third-party delivery or marketplace deposits including fees/chargebacks.
  • Matching POS sales to deposits and resolving over/short cash variances.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years in bookkeeping with experience in SMB or franchise environments (multi-unit preferred).
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (classes/locations, bank rules, recurring journals); Xero experience is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with at least one POS system and marketplace/aggregator reconciliations.
  • Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP basics, sales tax, payroll journal entries, and multi-state nuances.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic modeling).
