Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Agentic AI developer to contribute to our technology initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing agentic AI models that integrate retrieval augmented generation, semantic search, data scraping/extraction, converting unstructured data to structured, state graphs/agentic memory, and API interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop agentic AI models incorporating RAG, semantic search, data scraping/extraction, converting unstructured data to structured, state graphs/agentic memory, and API interactions
  • Implement methodologies like guardrails, human-in-the-loop, multi-agent workflows, reflection, citing sources, response verification, and other approaches to enhance the accuracy of agentic responses and prevent hallucinations
  • Experience building with LangChain/LangGraph/LangSmith/Google Gemini/OpenAI's API, OpenAI's Swarm/Agents_SDK, vector databases, fine-tuning, SageWorks, BedRock, Docker
  • Conduct research, systems architecting, code analysis, troubleshooting, and writing code using LLMs, Cursor AI, Copilot, etc.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of full-stack development for AI-driven applications
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps methodologies
  • Background in AI research and experimentation
  • Experiences with LLM, preferably Llama
  • RAG; fine tuning; agent-to-agent communication & Integration
