About Our AI Game Development Role

We're seeking a talented Game Developer to join our team in creating innovative and engaging games using our proprietary AI tool-chain. This role combines the skills of a designer and critic, requiring you to build games, review your own and others' work, and provide actionable feedback.

In this position, you'll be responsible for:

  • Rapidly creating new games and apps every day through internal builders.
  • Self-reviewing and rating your own output, identifying areas for improvement, and logging your findings.
  • Peer reviewing fellow developers' work, providing constructive feedback to elevate the overall quality.
  • Developing prompt playbooks that distill winning strategies into reusable templates and documentation.
  • Providing concise bug reports and UX feedback to unblock engineers and refine the AI.
  • Tracking engagement metrics and adjusting strategies to optimize retention.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI (0-3 years) and a gamer's taste for what makes something fun or not.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • The ability to ruthlessly evaluate and prioritize ideas, focusing on the most promising ones.
  • Bonus: basic proficiency in code (light JS/Lua/React), marketing (Instagram/Twitter fluency), or data (basic SQL) would be advantageous.

We offer a one-week paid trial period, after which we'll evaluate your performance and consider moving forward with a long-term contract if everything goes well.
