- Assist in configuring, testing, and maintaining Zuora-related systems for the Order-to-Cash process.
- Troubleshoot system and integration issues, escalating as needed for timely resolution.
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency within Zuora and related financial systems.
- Build relationships and establish trust with cross-functional partners.
Responsibilities include working closely with the Financial Systems Manager and collaborating with Go-to-Market Business Applications, Salesforce, Product Engineering, Analytics, Tech Services, and Accounting teams to define business requirements, lead test cycles, and drive delivery of scalable solutions.
