Job Title: Data Analyst - Python Developer

This role is responsible for providing comprehensive clinical lab data expertise to develop and maintain Laboratory Data Management tasks for studies awarded to IQVIA Laboratories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Management:
    • Create, review, and implement all necessary data management documents
    • Maintain effective communication and working relationships with the LDM team
    • Negotiate timelines and responsibilities with internal and external team members
    • Train and mentor junior staff in data management expertise
    • Evaluate service and quality against agreed-upon timelines and deliverables in data transmission agreements
  • Python Programming:
    • Independently take on or provide inputs for Python programming activities related to ongoing study requirements or ad-hoc projects
    • Perform other duties as directed by the functional manager
    • Oversee project delivery through full data management study lifecycle, from setup to lock
  • Communication and Relationship Building:
    • Foster multiple communication styles and skills to effectively broker business and interpersonal relationships that lead to positive outcomes and successful business results
    • Interact and communicate with internal and external customers to ensure timely delivery of data following company guidelines and regulatory compliance
  • Quality Control and Assurance:
    • Perform comprehensive quality control and edit check procedures
    • Support service delivery with comprehensive process and technical expertise in executing projects, including identifying and resolving issues
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with software configuration and validation experience
