AI Leader Wanted

  • Lead advanced analytics and AI projects to solve complex business problems and drive significant business value for clients in the insurance and healthcare industries.
  • Direct multiple project teams consisting of consultants, analysts, data scientists, BI experts, data / ML engineers, and other specialists.
  • Engage closely with client stakeholders and onsite teams; participate in workshops to identify high-impact business problems that can be addressed through AI-based solutions.
  • Translate business challenges into clear analytics problem statements and develop plans to create and deploy advanced analytics and data solutions.
  • Own and execute project plans, demonstrating techno-functional consulting and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Measure and articulate how analytics results improve clients' business and financial metrics.
  • Contribute to organizational growth by training, mentoring, and developing repeatable analytics approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in delivering advanced analytics, engineering, and BI solutions through analytics consulting.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare industries and related functional areas.
  • Ability to translate high-level business challenges into analytics and data problem statements.
  • Experience in scoping, development, validation, and deployment of explanatory, predictive, and prescriptive analytic solutions.
  • Knowledge of DS/ML/DE/AI techniques and their interpretation from a business perspective.
  • Ability to discover patterns in data and deliver impactful insights in the context of client decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience in data handling using SQL and advanced analytics tools like R and/or Python.
  • Hands-on experience analyzing and visualizing data using tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
  • Excellent written, oral, presentation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
