ROLE

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Project Management:
As a key member of the Technomech Placements team, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of all water and wastewater projects across India.

  • Ensure timely project delivery, adhering to set timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to guarantee smooth project execution.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to drive project success.
  • Develop and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Cultivate a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.

Operations Management:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness across all project sites.
  • Monitor and improve processes to ensure high standards of quality and safety.
  • Conduct regular site visits to review progress, identify risks, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:

  • Ensure all projects adhere to the highest quality standards and meet regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes across all operations.
  • Address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions as needed.

Procurement & Resource Management:

  • Oversee procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure the best terms.
Optimize resource allocation across projects to ensure maximum efficiency and minimize downtime.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, challenges, and performance metrics.
  • Represent the company in meetings with clients, regulatory authorities, and industry partners.
