Job Overview

We are the guardians of our digital ecosystem, encompassing various functions including enterprise and e-commerce tech, product management, user design, operations, customer experience, loyalty, content production, studio, growth and marketing technology, finance and human resources.

As a senior network engineer, you will be part of our it infrastructure department, working on network administration. Your responsibilities include overseeing the configuration, maintenance, and support of network and security devices, deploying software-defined wide-area networks across territories, and maintaining technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and support of network and security devices such as core and spine switches, routers, vpn gateways in on-premises and cloud deployments like azure, oracle cloud infrastructure, and ibm.
  • Deploy and manage software-defined wide-area networks across territories.
  • Maintain technical documentation and ensure high uptime of network and security environments.
  • Manage technical debt and resolve critical incidents.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network devices.
  • Proficiency in managing network hardware such as routers, switches, wireless controllers, and load balancers.
  • 5+ years of experience deploying, configuring, and managing security devices such as firewalls in on-premises and cloud deployments.
  • Industry certifications such as ccnp, ccie, jncip, or equivalent are preferred.

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols such as bgp, ospf, eigrp, mpls, stp, vlans.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
