Functional Consultant - Oracle EBS

This role is an opportunity to work as a Functional Consultant on Oracle applications finance modules support within a defined Software Development Lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert on Oracle EBS (SME) Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA).
  • Work with Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 and possess strong knowledge of Oracle Financials.
  • Configure Oracle EBS Modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
  • Participate in Oracle EBS to Cloud migration or upgrade initiatives.
  • Drive issue resolution and root cause analysis across P2P and O2C business cycles.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex application issues.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of functional consulting experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Financials and Accounting Hub (FAH).
  • Supporting experience for revenue recognition Process, billing process, and generating invoices.
  • Proficient in end-to-end business cycles including P2P and O2C Cycle.
  • Skilled in preparing BR100, MD50, TE40, and functional test scripts.
  • Possess technical skills in SQL, PL/SQL.
  • Hands-on experience on Standard and Custom interfaces.
Additional Skills:
  • Month end closing support.
  • Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) practices.
  • Integration tools and middleware.
  • Oracle 12.2 Upgrades.

As a highly self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills, outstanding analytic skills, and polished facilitation skills, stakeholder management, you will be able to clearly describe end-to-end business processes and key integration points.

Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills are required to resolve issues and improve business processes.
