We are seeking a seasoned Senior Engineer to join our team. As a critical member of our engineering organization, you will play a key role in designing, building, and managing high-scale, mission-critical real-time production systems.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing automated systems for real-time anomaly detection in voice recordings and data reconciliation workflows.
  • Your expertise in SIP, SDP, RTP, and NATS will enable us to integrate with various telephony systems, including Cisco, Avaya, Genesys, and Mitel.
  • With your strong proficiency in C#, you will drive cross-team technical initiatives and collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless system integration.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' experience in software development, including designing, building, and managing high-scale, mission-critical real-time production systems.
  • Strong proficiency in C#.
  • Practical experience with Jenkins and Docker deployments is preferred.
  • Good understanding of contact center operations, including ACD, IVR, and CRM integration.
  • Strong knowledge in recording solutions like redbox/verint/nice/calabrio.
  • Hands-on experience with any variant of CTI (Computer Telephony Integration), CSTA/TSAPI, or similar technologies.
  • Advanced knowledge of packet capture, dissection, and protocol decoding.
  • Experience with SSL/TLS decryption.
  • Experience in networking - DNS, DHCP, SSH, NAT, QoS, STP, VLAN, TCP/IP etc.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
