Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team in building a world-class data science platform.

You will work closely with product owners and architects to understand business requirements and design philosophy.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize web and data applications for performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with automation engineering teams to deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
  • Produce quality code that raises the bar for team performance and speed.
  • Recommend systems solutions based on custom development and purchased alternatives.

You will follow emerging technologies and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • A strong foundation in computer science, algorithms, and web design.
  • At least 6 years of experience in software development using Java/Python, SpringBoot, REST API, and scalable microservice frameworks.
  • Experience in writing highly secure web applications.
  • Knowledge of container/orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Docker, etc.) and UI frameworks (NodeJS, React).
  • Good development habits, including unit testing, CI, and automated testing.
  • A high growth mindset that challenges the status quo and focuses on unique ideas and solutions.
