Job Title: ECM Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an ECM specialist. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in enterprise content management, specifically in Alfresco development.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement solutions using Alfresco object model, security model, taxonomy, search, user interface, and workflow.
  • Work on medium to large-scale implementations of Alfresco and Alfresco Share.
  • Develop prototypes/POCs to demonstrate capabilities in document management, collaboration, BPM, and records management.
  • Integrate Java/J2EE components with document management systems.
  • Implement and maintain RESTful web services and APIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time using Agile methodologies.
  • Provide technical support for Alfresco solutions.
Requirements
  • Strong expertise in Alfresco development.
  • Experience with Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Web Services, REST APIs.
  • Hands-on knowledge of AWS cloud services.
  • Experience with Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL databases.
  • Good understanding of SOLR and ECM System Implementation.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with tools and platforms: Maven, Jenkins, Git, UNIX, JIRA.

Bonus Points: Experience in delivering end-to-end ECM projects in enterprise environments, knowledge of enterprise security, compliance, and governance in ECM systems.
