Finance Transformation Expert Job Description

As a seasoned finance professional, you will be responsible for driving financial transformation in manufacturing enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure system settings such as chart of accounts, fiscal year variants, posting periods, and currencies.
  • Process financial transactions including journal entries, recurring entries, and payment processing.
  • Migrate data using LSMW, BAPIs, and IDOCs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and errors.
  • Conduct month-end and year-end closing activities.
Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in SAP FI modules including General Ledger Accounting (FI-GL), Accounts Payable (FI-AP), Accounts Receivable (FI-AR), Asset Accounting (FI-AA), Bank Accounting (FI-BL).
  • Familiarity with integration of SAP FI with other modules like MM, SD, and CO.
  • Knowledge of SAP FI reporting and analytics.
  • Experience with SAP transaction codes related to FI such as FB01, F-02, F110, FBL1N, FBL5N.
Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with business users and technical teams.
  • Problem-solving capability to quickly diagnose and fix functional issues.
  • Ability to document functional specs, configuration details, and user manuals.
  • Team collaboration and leadership for project coordination and mentoring.
