We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Specialist to lead our efforts in ensuring the highest quality of our AI-powered property management platform.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive testing strategies, including test automation frameworks, to validate the performance and accuracy of our system. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize defects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute automated testing frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, pytest, Jest, and Postman
  • Test complex third-party integrations, including Yardi, Elisa AI, Twilio, payment systems, and marketplace APIs
  • Validate real-time data synchronization, conflict resolution, and webhook processing
  • Conduct performance testing for high-volume concurrent operations and load scenarios

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance
  • 2+ years of experience in AI/ML testing, model validation, and automation
  • Strong understanding of testing tools, including Selenium, Cypress, and pytest
  • Experience with programming languages, including Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL scripting
  • Knowledge of platforms, including Django REST Framework, Angular, PostgreSQL, AWS, and Docker
