">Key Responsibilities:
  • Testing and Validation: Perform rigorous testing to guarantee software excellence. Conduct thorough performance, load, and stress tests.
  • Test Planning and Strategy: Develop comprehensive test plans and cases based on user stories and specifications.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with developers, product owners, and designers to understand requirements and provide valuable feedback.
  • CI/CD Integration: Seamlessly integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure test environments are set up correctly.
  • Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects. Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
  • Quality Metrics and Reporting: Monitor key quality metrics and provide regular updates on test results and defect trends.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement process improvements and promote best practices in software quality assurance.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Facilitate UAT by coordinating resources and guidance for end-users.
  • Security and Compliance Testing: Conduct security testing and ensure product compliance with industry standards.
