Key Responsibilities
  • Buying Containers Inspection: Implement and manage thorough inspection protocols for purchased containers to ensure compliance with IICL standards.
  • Maintenance Planning and Execution: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize maintenance costs.
  • Quality and Compliance Assurance: Ensure all reefer units comply with IICL standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Technical Expertise and Training: Lead initiatives to improve technician proficiency and skill sets.
  • Inventory and Spare Parts Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of critical spare parts to prevent stock-outs.
  • Emergency Response and Contingency Planning: Develop and implement emergency response protocols and ensure timely action during incidents.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Address maintenance-related customer complaints promptly and achieve a customer satisfaction rating of over 90%.
Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, and a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in reefer container maintenance or a similar role.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
