About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned expert in Cisco technologies to fill the role of Solutions Architect. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape the technical skills and knowledge of our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing Cisco solutions that align with clients' business needs and objectives.
  • Creating high-quality training content to meet the specific needs of diverse audiences, ranging from beginners to advanced users.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure training materials stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and platform updates.
  • Working closely with clients to understand their training needs, tailor programs to meet their requirements, and provide pre-training consultations.
  • Conducting workshops, webinars, and in-person training sessions to effectively deliver authorized content.
  • Providing customization to authorized training modules as needed to address client-specific use cases and scenarios.
  • Evaluating training effectiveness through assessments and feedback, continuously improving authorized training materials and delivery methods.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven expertise in Cisco technologies, with relevant certifications.
  • Previous experience as a solutions architect, technical trainer, instructor, or educator is preferred.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Experience in creating authorized training materials, including presentations, labs, and documentation.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt training content to meet the needs of various skill levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
