Frontend Developer Role

This position involves crafting high-quality software solutions as a collaborative member of a dynamic team of engineers.

  • Develop software that meets requirements, promoting the reuse of software components and facilitating ease of support.
  • Diagnose, isolate, and implement remedies for system failures caused by errors in software code.
  • Identify and implement process improvements in engineering practices.
  • Utilize software-based system maintenance and tracking tools.
  • Provide input and technical content for technical documentation, user help materials, and customer training.
  • Conduct unit tests, track problems, and implement changes to ensure adherence to test plans and functional/non-functional requirements.
  • Implement software mechanisms to improve code stability, performance, and reusability. Participate and lead code review sessions.
  • Create high-fidelity estimates of their own work efforts.
  • Apply good debugging and troubleshooting techniques to understand and resolve defects found in software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and 3+ years of experience in web development.
  • Strong skills in HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript, and Angular/React.
  • Understanding of software development and quality assurance best practices.
  • Ability to understand business and technical requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud development and working on one of the cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google).
  • Knowledge of Designer Specialty Retail and Food & Drug POS solutions.

Job Requirements:

  • Develop high-quality software solutions as a contributing member of a highly motivated team of Engineers.
  • Work with different web technologies such as HTML5/CSS3, Native JavaScript, or AngularJS/Angular/ReactJS.
