Lead Data Scientist - Gen AI

Lingaro Group is a global data services partner to leading brands and enterprises.

We help our clients navigate their data journey, from strategy through development to operations and adoption, unlocking the full value of their data.

Our DS/AI Competency Center focuses on leveraging data, analytics, and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to extract insights and develop AI-powered solutions.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Running end-to-end initiatives with business understanding, data preparation, modeling, evaluation, and deployment
  • Analyzing and interpreting findings
  • Drawing conclusions and recommendations for enhancing business processes
  • Supporting pre-sales activities

Requirements:

Must have:

  • Experience with machine learning, especially in generative AI (LLM/LMM), natural language processing (NLP), or multi-modal models
  • Fluency in Python, working knowledge of SQL and vector databases
  • Knowledge of specific libraries like NumPy, Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, and GenAI APIs

Nice to have:

  • Experience in big data and distributed environments
  • Commercial experience with multiple successful projects in Generative AI, NLP, or Computer Vision

General Requirements:

  • Good computer programming skills and object-oriented programming concepts
  • Expertise in Azure cloud resources, Databricks
  • Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to come up with creative solutions to address customer problems
