Climate Solutions Venture Role

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic professional to join our climate solutions venture in Anand. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates early in their careers who are passionate about climate innovation, venture capital, and sustainable development.

As a Climate Solutions Venture Professional, you will support the investment team in sourcing opportunities, conducting market research, and assisting in deal execution and portfolio management.

  • Investment Research Support: Assist in identifying potential investment opportunities through research and preliminary outreach.
  • Due Diligence Assistance: Support the team in financial analysis, market validation, and data collection for potential deals.
  • Investment Process Support: Help prepare investment memos, presentations, and supporting documentation.
  • Portfolio Management: Assist in tracking performance and impact metrics and conducting basic analyses for portfolio companies.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct sectoral research to inform investment theses and track trends in climate tech and sustainability.
  • Ecosystem Engagement: Help coordinate events and build databases of relevant ecosystem players.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, finance, or related fields from a premier institution.
  • 1-2 years of work experience in investment banking, consulting, venture capital, or startup roles; climate-focused work experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills specific to early-stage investments.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
