Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled full stack developer to lead our software development efforts. The ideal candidate will have expertise in .NET technologies, Angular, and AWS Cloud, with at least 7 years of experience and 2+ years in a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable and maintainable applications using .NET Core / .NET Framework, C#, and Angular.
  • Lead full-stack development efforts including UI/UX, middleware, and backend services.
  • Implement RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and AWS cloud-based solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers.
  • Drive technical discussions, conduct code reviews, and ensure coding best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to performance, scalability, and security.
  • Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning and retrospectives.

Mandatory Skills:

  • .NET Core / .NET Framework, C#, and VB.NET.
  • Angular 8+ with strong front-end development experience.
  • AWS Cloud Services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFormation).
  • Strong understanding of API development, object-oriented design, and software architecture.
  • Experience in SQL Server, REST APIs, and web application security.
  • Good knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps processes.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor junior developers effectively.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • AWS Certification (Developer or Solutions Architect) is a plus.
  • Experience with Docker/Kubernetes is an added advantage.
