We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager to drive growth through innovative strategies and campaigns.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
  • Manage performance marketing budgets and ensure efficient spend across channels.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve performance.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign KPIs: CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, conversions, and more.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign strategies.
  • Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Data Studio to track performance and generate reports.
  • Implement retargeting strategies and customer acquisition funnels across digital platforms.
  • Required Skills:
  • Minimum 2–6 years of hands-on experience in performance/digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing D2C campaigns and achieving high ROAS.
  • Strong understanding of digital media buying, attribution, tracking, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in platforms: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, YouTube Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager.
  • Good analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data into actionable insights.
  • Nice to Have:
  • Experience in electronics or gadget-based D2C brands.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
