Software Development Leadership

This leadership role is critical in the success of our air travel industry. As a seasoned software developer, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring junior developers to create high-quality applications and systems.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technical design, development, and maintenance using existing and emerging technology platforms. A strong understanding of coding practices, guidelines, and all technical processes is essential.

  • Manage the technical design, development, and maintenance of applications and systems.
  • Develop complex code and modules for new features, debug existing code, and modules.
  • Participate in developing coding practices, guidelines, and all technical processes.
  • Assign and allocate defects to appropriate Developers for fixing.
  • Provide overall estimates produced by less experienced Developers on a team for all technical work.
Key Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in software development with a focus on technical leadership.
  • Strong technical skills in multiple programming languages and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor junior developers.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
