Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, particularly in distributed enterprise application development using Java Technology Stack.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable and efficient software systems. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that software solutions meet business requirements and expectations.

This is a hybrid position, requiring occasional office presence. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office environments. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 13 to 16 years of experience in software development

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Experience in distributed enterprise application development using Java Technology Stack
  • Server-side development experience
  • Coding experience in at least one technology stack (preferably Java, C, or Python)
  • Good understanding of RDBMS such as Oracle, MySQL, MSSQL
  • Excellent understanding of CI/CD process
  • Ability to design and develop components independently
  • Experience in highly scalable web services and containerized microservices architecture
  • Knowledge of tools like Splunk, Openthread, Heap Dump Analysis, GC, Grafana, and system matrix monitoring
  • Good understanding of algorithms and data structures
  • Must have worked in agile and scrum methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills
