Job Overview

Visit Health is changing the face of employee health and wellness in India, catering to the missing and unexplored Wellness Primary Healthcare needs.

The Covid-19 Pandemic has caused such expenses to increase multi-fold and created a need for accessible systems. In a professional setting, employee health benefits are either lacking or provided in an ad hoc manner through various individual platforms.

This is where Visit Health comes in - a one-stop solution for all employee health benefits needs. We help companies build a Customized Wellness solution focused on Primary Care aspects such as Fitness, Mental Health, Doctor Teleconsultation, OPD programs, etc. for employees and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process data and information according to guidelines.
  • Help develop reports and analyses.
  • Support the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.
  • Evaluate changes and updates to source production systems.
  • Identify and develop data pipelines to support data standardization.
Requirements
  • 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Good knowledge of databases such as MySQL (scripts, procedures, functions, indexes, relationships, schema management) and No SQL.
  • Good Coding skills in languages such as Python.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of data gathering, cleaning, and transforming techniques.
  • Reporting and data visualization skills using software like Tableau, PowerBI, or any other tool.
  • Understanding of data warehousing and ETL techniques.
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills.
