Design Visionary

This role oversees the development of innovative visual content for various brands and products across multiple industries.
The ideal candidate has 6-8 years of experience in design, specifically within an advertising agency setting, and is proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop. Additionally, they must possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively collaborate with account managers and team members.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading design projects from concept to completion
- Developing and maintaining a high-quality work portfolio that showcases creative excellence
- Collaborating with account managers to understand business objectives and requirements
- Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts that meet client expectations
- Coaching and guiding team members to ensure high-quality deliverables
This position requires a high level of comfort in presenting work both internally and externally with confidence. The ability to function in a fast-paced environment, manage teams, and adapt to changing priorities are essential.
