Main Responsibilities:
  • Integrate the Backbase platform into customers' existing systems with precision and care.
  • Customize and enhance components to meet specific client requirements, ensuring a perfect fit every time.
  • Develop backend solutions that are not only scalable but also reusable, saving time and resources for future projects.
  • Implement Agile software development practices, working collaboratively with your team to deliver high-quality results.
  • Write clean, smart code that's a marvel of efficiency and effectiveness, with rigorous testing to ensure it meets the highest standards.
  • Coach and mentor a team of developers, helping them grow and develop their skills in the process.
  • Travel to client sites to build relationships and collaborate with onsite developers, fostering a spirit of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Provide training to clients and partners on the Backbase platform, empowering them to get the most out of our solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with global teams, adapting to diverse work cultures and time zones with ease.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Java and extensive experience with Spring framework.
  • Strong knowledge of Microservices architecture and integration patterns.
  • Experience with frameworks and tools such as Apache Camel and Spring Integration.
  • Expertise in enterprise software architectures and web technologies.
  • Ability to write high-quality, maintainable code and conduct comprehensive testing.
  • Comfort with traveling for onsite engagements and working in various global environments.
  • Sensitivity to product enhancement and ability to evolve with changing software landscapes.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
