Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Team Leader to oversee our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, be able to motivate and direct team members towards achieving our Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with at least one year of relevant experience managing teams in a customer support environment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the team, creating schedules, and ensuring that team members adhere to their roles and responsibilities.

  • Team performance metrics
  • Customer satisfaction ratings

As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in identifying areas of improvement within the team and developing strategies to address them.

Additionally, you will be expected to maintain accurate records of team performance, provide feedback to management, and manage conflicts or issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience as a Team Leader in a customer support environment
  • Proven track record of success in team management and conflict resolution
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
