BIM Modeler Position

At a leading architectural firm, we specialize in design, engineering, and fabrication of custom fiberglass products for the commercial construction industry.

As a BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for creating 3D models using industry-standard software such as Revit or AutoCAD.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes and industry standards, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Set up projects, create parametric families, provide materials, and manage the Revit server from the production perspective.
  • Complete attachment and detail markups for company products.
  • Translate less specific design direction into functional documents.
  • Perform clash detection and resolution to identify and resolve design conflicts.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination.
  • Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and industry standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.

This is a full-time position, requiring a minimum of 45 hours per week. Occasional late evening hours may be required to overlap with the U.S.-based team.
