**Job Title:** Procurement Specialist - OSE (Operating Supplies and Equipment)

As the Procurement Specialist - OSE, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of OSE items. This includes developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of goods and negotiating contracts, terms, and prices to secure the best deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage purchase orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels for OSE items to ensure sufficient stock while minimizing excess inventory.
  • Implement and manage reordering processes to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
  • Oversee the inspection and acceptance of goods upon delivery to verify their condition and adherence to order specifications.
  • Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities, including contracts, invoices, and inventory reports.
  • Assist in forecasting future needs based on historical data and upcoming projects or events.
  • Regularly evaluate supplier performance and adjust strategies as needed to maintain or improve service levels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
