Your Role:

As a designer, you will be responsible for turning brand strategy into scroll-stopping emails and ads. If you have a passion for designing for DTC brands, possess a keen eye for layout and typography, and can bring creative ideas to life without making them feel like templates, then this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing mobile-first, conversion-focused email campaigns and paid ads for eCommerce brands
  • Collaborating with copywriters and marketers to translate briefs into strong visual layouts
  • Creating reusable components and Figma templates for faster future execution
  • Suggesting improvements in visual hierarchy, layout—not just executing
  • Staying updated on design trends, best practices in email/ads, and what's working in the DTC space

You Will Need:

  • 2–8 years of experience in design—ideally for eCommerce brands
  • Proficiency in Figma is a must
  • Understanding of layout, spacing, typography, and colour
  • Able to work with minimal direction and deliver polished work quickly
  • Bonus: Experience designing for Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar ESPs
  • Bonus: Experience creating static and motion ads for Meta, TikTok, or other paid platforms
  • Even better: You care about performance, not just aesthetics
