About the Role

The Senior Fraud Prevention Specialist will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing effective fraud prevention measures within PayU India. This position requires an individual with exceptional knowledge of financial sectors and experience in handling Law Enforcement Agency (LEA) queries and representations.

This is a challenging role that demands strong leadership skills, as the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 8-10 members and building cordial relationships with multiple LEAs across India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementing fraud and money-laundering prevention measures and processes internally within PayU India.
  • Developing internal procedures and processes for handling communications and correspondence with LEAs and liaising with various business units within PayU India for data collection and response provision.
  • Excellent understanding of Cybercrime and Banking regulations.
  • Dealing with RBI and Regulatory cases.
  • Collaborating with Acquiring and issuing banks.
  • Risk monitoring for merchants.
  • Engaging with Cyber Police Officials & Banks on call to provide assistance as needed.
  • Working closely with direct merchants.

Requirements:

  • A graduate with relevant experience in the field.
  • Setting daily employee objectives and schedules to achieve specific goals.
  • Maintaining performance tracking and reporting progress.
  • Regular meetings with senior managers to develop strategic plans for team objectives.
  • Tracking performance and conducting employee reviews.
