The Role
We're looking for an experienced project manager to lead our Physical Implementation team in driving successful projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in semiconductor IP development and project management.
- Lead cross-discipline, multi-site development teams in driving Physical implementation projects to meet business and strategic objectives.
- Create and manage communication plans with development teams and all internal and external partners.
- Be accountable for project execution in a consistent fashion following defined processes and workflows, within ISO 9000 requirements.
Your Background
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Experience leading /managing RTL to GDSII projects.
- Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or computer science.
- 10+ years overall experience in semiconductor IP development/SoC Development.
- 5+ years project management experience in IP development and/or silicon development.
