We are seeking a skilled Multimedia Specialist to oversee the creation of high-quality visual content for our organization. This role involves capturing, editing, and distributing engaging multimedia materials that align with our brand's vision and goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing videos, as well as coordinating with the creative team to execute visual aspects of scripts and storyboards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Videography:
  • Operate video cameras, DSLR, and other filming equipment to capture high-quality footage.
  • Plan and coordinate video shoots, including lighting, angles, and camera movements.
  • Work collaboratively with the creative team to execute the visual aspect of scripts and storyboards.
  1. Video Editing:
  • Edit raw footage into cohesive, well-paced videos, incorporating effects, transitions, and sound as needed.
  • Use editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to create engaging videos.
  • Ensure color correction, sound mixing, and other post-production aspects are completed to industry standards.
  1. Pre-production and Post-production Coordination:
  • Assist in pre-production planning, including setting up equipment, scouting locations, and preparing shot lists.
  • Oversee post-production tasks, including revisions and finalization of video content.
  1. Project Management:
  • Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the content aligns with organizational goals.
  1. Content Adaptation:
  • Repurpose video content to suit various platforms (e.g., social media, website, advertising campaigns).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Film Production, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in camera operation and video editing (minimum 2-3 years).
  • Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro.
  • Strong visual and technical skills in camera handling, lighting, and editing.
  • Creativity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of motion graphics is a plus.
  • Experience in creating content for social media platforms.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
