Job Title: Identity & Access Data Specialist

Job Summary:

This role involves managing day-to-day operations of the IAM – Data Services function.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Aggregate native Userdata to Onecert periodically, enabling effective IAM controls such as Leaver/Mover, User Access Review etc.
  • Extract, source, convert, and upload Userlists to Onecert.
  • Generate reports and follow defined escalation process to source Userlists.
  • Meet requests raised by business/stakeholders to source Userlists and SAM Documents.
  • Implement Onecert catalogue changes based on Security Access Matrix request changes.
  • Collaborate with external teams for Userlist sourcing and understand application limitations/opportunities for improvement.
  • Highlight and mitigate risk pertaining to IAM process and The Bank.
  • Maintain and enhance IAM processes in collaboration with IAM leaders.
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills within the team.
  • Conduct regular reviews and exercises to ensure Application security compliance and implement enhancements as needed.

  • Display exemplary conduct and adhere to Standard Chartered Bank's Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding high standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct.
  • Efficiently identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct, and compliance matters.
  • Lead the IAM Data Services team to achieve desired outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Excel VBA and Macros certification
  • Proficiency in English language
