Transform Your Career with a Cloud Infrastructure Expert Role

This is a developing engineering position, responsible for providing managed services to clients to ensure the continuity of their cloud infrastructure. The primary objective is to proactively review client requests or tickets and apply technical knowledge to resolve them without breaching service level agreements.

The role focuses on second-line support for incidents and requests with a medium level of complexity, ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of clients' cloud infrastructure and services.

The successful candidate will contribute to / support on project work as required.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4-6 years of experience in managing and maintaining VMWare & Nutanix infrastructure.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in VMWare ESX, Vcenter, VSAN.
  • Proficiency in managing Nutanix clusters and components, including AHV, Prism, and Acropolis.
  • Strong understanding of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and storage concepts.
  • Experience with networking concepts and services, including VLANs, VPNs, and network security.
  • Strong scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation and administration.
  • Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Certifications: NCP, NCAP, VCP, VCAP
