Job Opportunity: Sales Automation Specialist

Are you an expert in workflow automation and integration? Do you have experience with AI-powered sales and lead generation?
We're seeking a skilled n8n developer to build, test, and deploy a sophisticated workflow for us.

Description

Our goal is to create a reliable and scalable end-to-end workflow in n8n that automates the process from initial company identification to personalized email outreach. We've already designed a detailed workflow; now we need someone to bring it to life.


Responsibilities
  1. Develop the Workflow: Create the end-to-end workflow in n8n, ensuring reliability and scalability.
  2. Integrate Third-Party Services: Integrate various third-party services via API, including Google Sheets, OpenAI, Apollo.io, and potentially web scraping services (e.g., Phantombuster).
  3. Error Handling and Logging: Implement robust error handling and logging within the n8n workflow.
  4. Expressions and Code: Design expressions and code in the Function node to correctly parse and map data between nodes.
  5. Prompt Refining: Collaborate with us to refine prompts for AI nodes to ensure high-quality, personalized outputs.
  6. Documentation: Provide clear documentation on the workflow's setup and maintenance.

Required Skills and Experience
  • n8n Expertise: Demonstrable experience building complex workflows in n8n is essential. Please provide examples of past projects.
  • API Integration: Strong proficiency with REST APIs, handling JSON payloads, and managing authentication (OAuth2, API Keys, Header Auth).
  • AI Integration: Experience integrating LLMs like GPT-4 into automated workflows.
  • Web Scraping & Enrichment: Familiarity with web scraping and data enrichment concepts and tools.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to debug automation issues and think critically to find solutions.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data mapping and workflow logic to ensure accuracy.

Nice-to-Haves
  • Sales/marketing automation experience.
  • Basic JavaScript knowledge for use in n8n's Function node.
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets functions and formulas.
